We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process for various positions within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and status.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with job boards and social media recruiting strategies.
