Job Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and references.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Coordinate with hiring managers/clients to understand job requirements.

Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates for feedback.

Maintain candidate database and track recruitment status.

Ensure timely submission of quality profiles as per requirement.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing roles.
