Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing high-caliber candidates.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for Full Stack Developers, AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and related positions using LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, referrals, and advanced sourcing techniques.

Partner with hiring managers and team leads to define requirements, create compelling JDs, and provide market insights on talent trends and benchmarks.

Manage interview coordination, offer negotiations, candidate experience, and track metrics to optimize hiring speed and quality.

Requirements

1+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or in IT recruitment with proven success in hiring Full Stack, AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, or similar roles.

Strong understanding of technical skills and stacks (e.g., Python, JavaScript, React/Node, TensorFlow/PyTorch, AWS/Azure).

Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean/X-ray searches, and tech communities.

Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (Gurugram office-based).
