Job Description: HR Recruiter (IT Recruitment)
Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic HR Recruiter with at least 6 months of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for IT roles, including client-facing responsibilities. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions (Software Developers, Network Engineers, IT Consultants, etc.)
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other innovative methods.
- Conduct interviews (telephonic, video, and face-to-face) to assess candidate skills and fit.
- Manage candidate communication and expectations throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate with clients regarding candidate interviews, feedback, and offer details.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future IT openings.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new hiring practices in the IT sector.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in IT recruitment.
- Experience in client hiring and understanding their requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and HR software.
- Previous experience working with technology clients is a plus.
