Key Responsibilities

• Understand manpower requirements and hiring needs
• Source relevant profiles through various channels such as referrals, portals, campuses, and contact conversions
• Screen profiles and conduct face-to-face interviews with shortlisted candidates
• Line up candidates as per defined parameters and job requirements
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage the hiring process
• Achieve and exceed set hiring targets
• Collaborate with stakeholders for timely and effective closures
• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills during candidate discussions
• Conduct bulk hiring for BPOs and contact centers
• Work in a target-driven hiring environment
• Manage coordination, mass hiring, and initial screening
