Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive / Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification for selected candidates.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and job postings.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role (2-5 years preferred).
- Familiarity with recruitment of security gaurds and office boys.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India.
