Description

We are seeking a dedicated HR Ops Admin to support our human resources operations in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies, and providing administrative support to the HR team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR operations including employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Support recruitment efforts including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or related field.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
