Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain employee records, all letters (offer letter, appointment letter & other letters) and HR databases.
  2. Support payroll with attendance, leave, and salary details.
  3. Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
  4. Prepare HR reports and assist in audits.
  5. Address employee queries related to HR operations.

Skills Required:

  1. Good knowledge of HR processes and payroll.
  2. Strong communication and coordination skills.
  3. Proficient in MS Excel and HR software.
  4. Attention to detail and confidentiality.

Qualification & Experience:

  1. Graduate or Postgraduate in HR or related field.
  2. 12 years of experience in HR operations.
