Key Responsibilities- Assist in the recruitment process including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Support the onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Prepare and manage HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmations.
- Coordinate daily office operations, vendor management, and administrative activities.
- Assist management with meeting coordination, report preparation, and internal communications.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment.
Eligibility Criteria- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
