Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR & Operations Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage day-to-day HR and operational activities efficiently.

This role is well-suited for freshers or early-career professionals who are eager to build a strong foundation in Human Resources and Office Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Support the onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
  • Prepare and manage HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmations.
  • Coordinate daily office operations, vendor management, and administrative activities.
  • Assist management with meeting coordination, report preparation, and internal communications.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
