Job Title: HR Manger

Experience: 3+ Years

Location: Pune (Shivaji Nagar)

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment and manpower planning

Drive performance management (KPI/KRA, appraisals)

Identify and execute training & development initiatives

Lead employee engagement and retention programs

Handle onboarding, exit process, and full & final settlements

Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws)

Oversee employee benefits and HR administration

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR/Business (MBA preferred)

3+ years of HR experience in a managerial role

Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance

Excellent communication and leadership skills
