Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail oriented Assistant Manager HR to manage end-to-end HR operations for our real estate projects and corporate office. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and performance management. Working knowledge of Keka HRMS is essential.

Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for site and office positions.
- Coordinate manpower planning with department heads.
- Conduct interviews & shortlist candidates
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new hires.
HR Operations & Keka Management
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs through Keka HRMS.
- Monitor employee attendance regularization and leave updates.
- Maintain accurate HR data and employee records in Keka.
- Generate monthly HR reports and dashboards from Keka.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure timely resolution.
- Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal communication.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
- Ensure timely submission of all statutory returns in coordination with consultants.
- Maintain HR files, letters, and internal documentation.
Performance Management
- Assist in performance appraisal cycles and coordinate with departments.
- Track probation reviews and ensure timely confirmations.
- Support development and training initiatives.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or equivalent (MBA HR preferred)
- 35 years of experience in HR, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
- Hands-on knowledge of Keka HRMS is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle site-level HR coordination when required.
