Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Generalist/Manager-BFSI, based in Pune. The HR Generalist/Manager will handle all aspects of Human Resources, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, administering benefit programs, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The role involves onboarding and talent acquisition, employee engagement initiatives, and providing strategic HR support to align with the organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Human Resources (HR) functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- 38 years of HR experience (preferably in BFSI / Bank / NBFC / Cooperative Society).
- Proven experience in HR Management and developing and enforcing HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and ability to manage Benefits Administration processes
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Experience in BFSI or similar industries is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related to Finance field
- Banking or Credit Cooperative Society background
- Exposure to multi-branch HR operations
- Knowledge of payroll software and HRMIS
