Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all open positions including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and candidate closure.
- Build and manage relationships with recruitment agencies and hiring partners.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions, interview structures, and evaluation criteria.
- Handle compensation discussions, reference checks, and background verification processes.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as sourcing effectiveness, conversion rates, time-to-hire, and offer-to-join ratios.
Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Design and manage structured onboarding programs for new hires.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding logistics including laptop allocation, access setup, and workspace readiness.
- Conduct regular check-ins during the first 30/60/90 days to support employee integration and productivity.
HR Operations & Payroll Coordination
- Manage payroll inputs including attendance, leave records, reimbursements, and variable payouts in coordination with the finance team.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Administer leave management and attendance processes.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, gratuity, and POSH compliance.
Performance Management
- Drive performance review cycles including timelines, review templates, calibration discussions, and documentation.
- Support managers with goal setting, feedback delivery, and performance conversations.
- Track trends related to employee performance, retention, and engagement.
Culture & Employee Engagement
- Plan employee engagement activities, team outings, and offsites.
- Help create a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and transparency.
- Conduct engagement check-ins and implement initiatives based on employee feedback.

Additional Information
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR experience with strong exposure to talent acquisition.
- Experience hiring for technical and leadership roles in startups or high-growth organizations.
- Hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.
- Good understanding of Indian labor laws and HR compliance processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
