Job Title: HR Professional

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Professional to manage and lead end-to-end human resource functions within our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance, and policy implementation.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of labor laws, and the ability to foster a positive and high-performance workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee onboarding and induction processes for seamless employee integration.
  • Handle attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination with internal teams or vendors.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture.
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution effectively.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and support compensation and salary reviews.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and ensure compliance.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, workplace investigations, and exit formalities.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, workplace safety, and compliance standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee records and HR data.
  • Prepare HR reports and manage day-to-day administrative responsibilities.
  • Conduct training sessions, presentations, and HR-related workshops.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 4–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Proven experience in employee relations and conflict management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
