Position Overview

We're seeking a dynamic HR - People & Culture Lead to shape our workplace into a high-performance, customer-obsessed, and execution-driven environment. You'll champion the company's culture while building teams, driving engagement, and making a significant impact on our growth journey. This role is perfect for someone passionate about building teams and driving culture in a fast-paced startup environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Champion and build the company's high-performance, customer-first, and ownership-driven culture across the organization

• Design and execute comprehensive hiring strategies to attract top talent aligned with company culture

• Drive employee engagement initiatives fostering speed, accountability, and continuous growth mindset

• Implement results-driven performance management systems with clear KPIs and accountability frameworks

• Develop and execute learning & development programs to continuously upskill employees

• Create HR policies and processes that support speed, ownership, and execution while ensuring compliance

• Work closely with leadership as trusted advisor to align HR strategies with business goals

Must Have Criteria

• 8-10 years of HR experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth technology companies

• Proven track record of building and scaling culture and HR operations from 50+ to 200+ employees

• Strong experience in end-to-end talent acquisition including employer branding and hiring strategies

• Demonstrated expertise in employee engagement programs and retention initiatives

• Experience implementing performance management systems with KPIs and review processes

• Strong stakeholder management skills working directly with founders and senior leadership

• Experience in HR compliance and policy development in Indian regulatory environment

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, API-first companies, or digital infrastructure startups

• Background in building culture during rapid scaling phases (2x-3x growth)

• Experience with HR tech tools and people analytics platforms

• Previous experience in Bangalore tech ecosystem or similar startup hubs
