About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team at NexGen Tech Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire HR lifecycle, from talent acquisition to employee exit, ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with organizational goals. This role requires a process-oriented, people-centric professional capable of leading HR initiatives in a fast-paced, rapidly growing IT environment. The HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner to management and employees alike, fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and policies.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a strong educational background in Human Resources or related fields, with an MBA or PGDM in HR being preferred. Proven experience in managing HR functions within an IT or technology-driven organization is essential. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a solid understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and HRMS tools. Experience in handling teams independently and managing complex employee relations is highly valued. Familiarity with startup or rapidly scaling company environments will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll management, performance appraisals, and employee exit processes.
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to engagement, retention, and exit formalities, ensuring a seamless experience for all employees.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and compliance standards to align with organizational objectives and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate attendance tracking, leave management, payroll processing, and ensure statutory compliance across all HR activities.
  • Handle employee relations, address grievances, mediate conflicts, and administer disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Drive performance management systems (PMS), facilitate appraisal cycles, and promote a culture of continuous feedback and development.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data using HRMS tools, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Act as a strategic partner to management and teams, providing HR insights and guidance to support business growth.
  • Build, develop, and lead the HR team independently, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
