Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role located in Tiruppur. The HR Manager will oversee and manage HR functions, including talent acquisition, policy development, employee relations, training, and performance management. The role involves designing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, fostering a positive work culture, managing employee benefits, and leading diversity and inclusion initiatives. The HR Manager will collaborate with management and department heads to ensure the effective alignment of human resources with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, employee engagement, and handling employee relations
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and policy development
- Proficiency in training, talent management, and performance appraisal
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in HR software and data management tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and support organizational goals
- Bachelor's/master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the textile or manufacturing industry is an advantage
