Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that our organization attracts, develops, and retains the best talent.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-13 years of experience in HR management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
