Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role based in Mumbai. The HR Manager will oversee and manage the human resources function, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with HR policies. The role involves designing and implementing strategies for employee development, maintaining workplace culture, and addressing grievances. The HR Manager will also collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and ensure employee well-being through proactive support.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and recruitment strategies
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement, performance appraisal, and workplace culture improvement
  • Knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and human resource policies
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools for managing human resources operations
  • Ability to mediate conflicts, address employee concerns, and promote team collaboration
  • Experience in training and development initiatives is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
