Position: HR + Admin Manager
Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai
Type: Full-time
About The Role
Were a creative digital agency driven by storytelling, communication and purpose. Were looking for an HR + Admin Manager who can wear many hats - supporting our team, nurturing culture, supporting operations and helping us scale smoothly.
Youll be responsible for managing the full employee experience from hiring and onboarding to day-to-day HR operations and team engagement. You are expected to do all of this with a strong focus on communication, discretion and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Talent & People
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future-ready roles
- Champion our culture through regular check-ins, team rituals, and feedback loops
HR Operations & Admin
- Align HR strategy with the company vision and growth strategy
- Maintain employee records, leaves, contracts, and compliance documentation
- Oversee daily administrative needs (office management, team logistics, etc)
- Coordinate payroll inputs, performance data and basic reporting
Performance & Development
- Supports the management and leads in setting up a culture of performance and accountability
- Supports management in helping team members grow through regular reviews, feedback sessions and clear documentation
Management Support
- Be a sounding board on people matters and team dynamics
- Take initiative in rolling out tools, systems or rituals that improve productivity and alignment
- Handle confidential information and sensitive situations with maturity and trust

- Proficient in AI tools and open to using tech to streamline workflows
Qualification: MBA or PG diploma in HR.
Experience: 2-10 years
