We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR team and drive HR initiatives that support our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management and a proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program, ensuring competitiveness in the market and compliance with regulations.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 12-15 years of experience in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor legislation, and employment laws in India.
  • Proficient in HR software and systems, including applicant tracking systems and performance management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams and manage change effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in talent management and development strategies.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
