About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and outcome-driven manager with
non-IT companies experience in
HR Operations, Recruitment, and Performance Management.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations: Manage endtoend employee lifecycle including onboarding, attendance & payroll, admin-related activities ensuring adherence to company policies and statutory compliance.
- Talent Acquisition: Manage endtoend recruitment by coordinating with hiring managers for manpower planning.
- Performance Management: Enhance employee productivity by conducting daily audits and maintaining evaluation and feedback records.
- Learning & Development: Focus on coaching rather than training as Axis My India has daily PMS culture.
Requirements
- Handson, actionoriented individual; not limited to communication but capable of driving initiatives to measurable outcome
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Strong problemsolving and employeerelation abilities
- We are only looking for candidates from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, & Bangalore willing to relocate to Mumbai
