Caliber Hunt is seeking a strategic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function. The ideal candidate will be a people-oriented and results-driven professional responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals. This role requires in-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor law, and the ability to build a positive and productive working environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
- Manage the entire recruitment and selection process, from policy to appointment, while ensuring legal frameworks are followed.
- Oversee and manage a high-performance appraisal system that supports promotions and employee development.
- Maintain the company's pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs and apply appropriate training programs to develop human capital.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout all human resource management activities.
- Plan and organize team-building activities, annual tours, and travel arrangements.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and budgetary provisions.
- Nurture a positive working environment and manage employee exit policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA in HR or a PGDBM.
- Proven working experience as an HR professional responsible for all aspects of the HR function.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to achieve strategy along with strong leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
