We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR intern to support our recruitment function. This role offers hands-on experience across the end-to-end hiring process and exposure to fast-paced talent acquisition operations.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
- Support in job postings across various platforms.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
