Job Description

We are looking for a motivated B2B Lead Generation Executive to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients for our digital marketing and technology services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and building a strong sales pipeline.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Identify and research potential B2B clients across various industries
  2. Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold email and online research
  3. Plan and execute cold email outreach strategies, including drafting personalized email sequences and follow-ups
  4. Connect with decision-makers such as founders, CMOs, and marketing heads
  5. Qualify leads based on business requirements, budget, and timeline
  6. Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and meetings
  7. Support marketing campaigns for services like SEO, PPC, and web development
  8. Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets
  9. Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Good understanding of B2B sales and lead generation process
  3. Ability to research and identify target audiences
  4. Hands-on experience with tools such as Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, Snov.io, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
  5. Familiarity with email outreach tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  6. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
