We are looking for a motivated B2B Lead Generation Executive to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients for our digital marketing and technology services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and building a strong sales pipeline.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and research potential B2B clients across various industries
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold email and online research
- Plan and execute cold email outreach strategies, including drafting personalized email sequences and follow-ups
- Connect with decision-makers such as founders, CMOs, and marketing heads
- Qualify leads based on business requirements, budget, and timeline
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and meetings
- Support marketing campaigns for services like SEO, PPC, and web development
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of B2B sales and lead generation process
- Ability to research and identify target audiences
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, Snov.io, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with email outreach tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
