This internship provides hands-on experience in the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, while learning modern HR practices and tools. The role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to build a career in talent acquisition and HR management. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.Support in drafting and posting job descriptions across platforms.Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.Participate in HR team meetings and contribute to recruitment strategies.Assist in onboarding activities and documentation for selected candidates. Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR concepts.Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
