About Wirality

Hi! We are Wirality.

We are an independent, growth-driven creative and media agency built for the internet age. Brands and consumers today are connected by culture, content, and conversations and we operate right at the centre of that bridge.

Our philosophy is ART x MATH: creative intuition powered by media intelligence and performance thinking. This means fast decisions, sharper strategy, constant iteration, and measurable outcomes.

Agency life here is dynamic, high-ownership, and deeply people-centric. We move fast, adapt faster, and expect our teams to think beyond job descriptions. If you are looking for predictability and slow lanes, this is not the place. If you are excited by learning through real exposure, responsibility, and observation — read on.

The Role

We are looking for an HR Trainee who wants to build a strong foundation in agency HR, recruitment, people operations, and culture-building, while being deeply embedded in the day-to-day rhythm of a creative agency.

This Role Is Ideal For Someone Who Is

  • Curious about how people, teams, and culture drive performance
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
  • Observant, proactive, and willing to learn by watching, asking, and doing

  • Strong people orientation with a genuine interest in human behaviour and team dynamics
  • Ability to take initiative without waiting for instructions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
