Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in daily operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
  • Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
  • Support in onboarding formalities and documentation
  • Ensure employee records are updated in HRMS (e.g., Keka)
  • Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding kits
  • HR Operations
  • Maintain employee files and records (digital & physical)
  • Support payroll inputs (attendance, leave data, etc.)
  • Assist in statutory documentation (PF, ESIC basics)
  • Employee Engagement
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events
  • Assist in internal communication and announcements
  • Support in surveys and feedback collection
  • General HR Support
  • Assist HR team in daily administrative tasks
  • Prepare reports and MIS as required
  • Coordinate with different departments for HR-related activities

Eligibility Criteria

  • Pursuing or recently completed MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR processes
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative

Skills Required

  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of HR concepts
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Duration & Stipend

  • Duration: 3 to 6 months
  • Stipend: As per company policy
