Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in daily operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
- Support in onboarding formalities and documentation
- Ensure employee records are updated in HRMS (e.g., Keka)
- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding kits
- HR Operations
- Maintain employee files and records (digital & physical)
- Support payroll inputs (attendance, leave data, etc.)
- Assist in statutory documentation (PF, ESIC basics)
- Employee Engagement
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events
- Assist in internal communication and announcements
- Support in surveys and feedback collection
- General HR Support
- Assist HR team in daily administrative tasks
- Prepare reports and MIS as required
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related activities
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR processes
- Willingness to learn and take initiative

- Basic understanding of HR concepts
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Duration & Stipend
- Duration: 3 to 6 months
- Stipend: As per company policy
