HR Intern(Recruitment)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for non-IT roles (BPO, sales, operations, retail, manufacturing, etc.)

• Handle volume hiring requirements within strict deadlines

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, and vendor partnerships

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/virtual/in-person)

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs

• Schedule and manage interviews, follow-ups, and feedback

• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation process for selected candidates

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing hiring needs

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of non-IT recruitment and bulk hiring processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Good sourcing and networking skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and MS Office
