Job Description

  • Effective & timely management of the complete recruitment process, from sourcing to offer roll-outs.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding & induction and help organise training & development initiatives.
  • Maintain all documentation pertaining to HR operations and employee life cycle in electronic and paper form.
  • Assist in the implementation of and ensure adherence to human resource policies, SOPs, and compliances.
  • Timely management of the end-to-end payroll process and managing the necessary coordination with other teams for the same.
  • Provide support to employees for all HR touchpoints - attendance, leave management, payroll, new initiatives and policies
  • Organise and manage monthly, probationary and annual employee performance reviews and related tasks.
  • Organise employee engagement activities & initiatives.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Timely updation of all trackers, reports and MIS.
  • Timely address, resolution and closure of all employee issues and concerns.
  • Liaising closely with the senior management team and other senior employees on HR interventions, strategies, new initiatives, policies, processes, and so on.
