What you'll do:

Source candidates from job portals and social media

Screen resumes and shortlist profiles

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates

Maintain recruitment trackers and databases

Support onboarding and HR operations

Assist in employer branding and hiring campaigns

You should have:

• Freshers & Students Can Apply

• Strong Communication Skills in English & Hindi

• Basic Knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets

• Interest in Recruitment and Human Resources

• Good Organizational and Coordination Skills

• Self-motivated and eager to learn
