Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Support:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Support the HR team in addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Recruitment:
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Training & Development:
  • Help organize and coordinate orientation and training programs for employees.
  • HR Operations:
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure proper documentation.
  • Support the team in tracking attendance, leave records, and other administrative tasks.
  • Performance Management:
  • Assist in the administration of performance appraisal processes and data collection.
  • Compliance & Legal:
  • Help ensure HR processes and practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at boosting employee morale, motivation, and engagement.
  • Data & Reporting:
  • Provide support in preparing HR metrics and reports for management review.
