We are seeking an HR Intern for a full-time, unpaid position (6-12 months until funding) at our Bengaluru South office. As an HR Intern, you will assist in daily Human Resources operations including recruitment, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing various personnel management activities. You will collaborate with the HR team to support strategic initiatives and contribute to the smooth functioning of HR processes, while gaining hands-on industry experience.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding and interest in Human Resources (HR) practices and operations
- Familiarity with HR Management and the development and implementation of HR Policies
- Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in office software and tools used for documentation and data tracking
- Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to HR processes
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
