This is a full-time on-site HR Intern role located in Bengaluru South. As an HR Intern, you will assist in various aspects of human resources management, including developing and implementing HR policies, supporting personnel and employee benefit programs, and ensuring efficient documentation and compliance. You will also be involved in employee engagement initiatives, recruitment support, and coordination of HR activities with the team. While the internship is unpaid for the first 6 to 12 months, it offers valuable exposure and the prospect of a salaried position post funding.
