HR Intern

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Intern 21 based in Coimbatore. The HR Intern will support day-to-day human resource operations, including implementing HR policies, assisting in personnel management, coordinating employee benefits, and contributing to various HR management tasks. The role involves collaborating with diverse teams to enhance workplace productivity and employee experience.

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) processes and practices
• Skills in HR Management and developing and implementing HR Policies
• Familiarity with handling Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and ability to adapt quickly to new software
• Enthusiasm for learning and contributing as part of a dynamic team
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Internship experience in HR or related domains is an advantage
