Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in IT sales, client engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Identify potential clients for services like App Development, ERP, SaaS, and IoT solutions
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects
- Assist in preparing proposals and sales presentations
- Maintain CRM and track sales activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree (BBA, BCom, MBA, or any discipline)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sales, marketing, or business development
- Basic understanding of IT services is an advantage
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
