Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain and update the recruitment database / ATS with accurate candidate information.
* Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
* Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
* Manage offer negotiations, background verification, and onboarding formalities.
* Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
