Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across various departments.

* Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

* Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates fit, experience, and expectations.

* Maintain and update the recruitment database / ATS with accurate candidate information.

* Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.

* Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.

* Manage offer negotiations, background verification, and onboarding formalities.

* Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
