HR INTERN

Position Title: HR & Management Intern (Campus Ambassador Program)

Location: Remote / Hybrid coordination with periodic on-site engagements (as required)

Duration: 6 months (extendable based on performance)

Stipend: 5,000 INR per month + certification + pre-placement interview opportunity (PPO)

ROLE OVERVIEW

The HR & Management Intern will act as the central operations and people management node central operations and people management node for Zedd Labz's Global Campus Ambassador Program. This role demands a high degree of ownership, coordination, and communication to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of campus ambassadors and onboarding to performance tracking and retention. end-to-end lifecycle of campus ambassadors from talent sourcing The intern will work directly with the leadership team to design, execute, and scale the ambassador network design, execute, and scale the ambassador network across the top 5,000 global universities, ensuring alignment with brand goals and organizational standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION - Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Management, Psychology, or related fields.

SKILLS

Core Competencies-

• Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
• Excellent communication written, verbal, and digital correspondence.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools (Notion, Trello, or Asana).
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.

Preferred Exposure -

• Prior experience in campus hiring, HR operations, or student leadership programs is an added advantage.
• Understanding of Gen Z engagement models, influencer programs, or ambassador ecosystems
