Note: This is a requirement for one of the Workassist Hiring Partner.

Role Summary:

As an HR Intern Recruiter at Workassist, you will get handson exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle. You will assist the Talent Acquisition team with sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and managing candidate data. You will learn HR operations tools and processes, and gain realtime hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine) and social media.
• Prepare and post job descriptions, and manage job advertisements.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment tracking systems (ATS) / Excel / Google Sheets.
• Participate in daily team meetings and follow up on candidate status feedback.
• Support onboarding tasks and HR operations as required.
• Work on reports for recruitment metrics, status updates and candidate pipelines.
• Learn and apply best practices in candidate experience, employer branding and recruitment communications.
