- Design and implement comprehensive people practices aligned with business goals
- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, engagement, development, and exit management
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
- Ensure effective performance management systems and processes are in place
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Manage staffing strategies aligned with business demand and organizational structure
- Support talent acquisition processes to ensure timely and quality hiring
- Collaborate with business leaders to forecast and fulfill workforce requirements
- Strengthen talent pipelines for critical roles within Leasing Advisory and Capital Markets
Learning, Development & Capability Building
- Design and execute learning and development programs to enhance workforce capability
- Support career development and succession planning initiatives
- Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and development needs
- Promote continuous learning culture across teams
Business Partnership & Strategic Alignment
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all people-related matters
- Align HR initiatives with broader business strategy and operational goals

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders

Resource Management & Compliance
- Oversee HR budgeting and workforce cost planning aligned with business needs

Project Leadership & Program Delivery
- Lead strategic HR and business transformation projects
- Design and implement large-scale, multi-location people programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver HR initiatives
- Ensure timely execution and measurable outcomes of HR programs
Decision Making & Analytical Support
- Use data-driven insights to support HR and business decisions
