Role Overview
The HR Generalist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management support, HR documentation, training coordination, compliance, and payroll support. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, people-focused, and confident in handling both administrative and strategic HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
· Work with department heads to understand manpower needs.
· Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.
· Screen resumes, conduct initial shortlisting, and coordinate interviews.
· Assist in hiring for technical roles (Embedded, IoT, R&D, Production, Sales, Service Engineers).
· Maintain the candidate pipeline and recruitment dashboards.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding
· Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts.
· Conduct new-employee orientation and ensure smooth joining formalities.
· Maintain employee records and documentation.
· Handle exit interviews, clearances, and separation documentation.
3. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance Support
· Maintain attendance, leave tracking, and monthly MIS reports.
· Share inputs for payroll processing.
· Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory filings, ESI/PF support, and HR audit readiness.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture
· Organize team-building activities, celebrations, and internal communication.
· Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, conflicts, and HR-related concerns.
· Support leadership initiatives to strengthen company culture and retention.
5. Performance Management
· Assist in implementing KPIs/KRAs and quarterly performance reviews.
· Track probation reviews, promotions, confirmations, and PIP programs.
6. Training & Development
· Coordinate internal and external training programs (Technical, IoT, Safety, Soft Skills).
· Support management in building training calendars and tracking employee skill development.
7. HR Operations & Documentation
· Maintain HRMS data and employee files.
· Prepare reports on hiring, attrition, and HR metrics.
· Manage policies, SOP documentation, and ensure consistent HR processes across departments.

Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor's degree (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
· 2–5 years of experience as HR Generalist or HR Executive.
· Strong understanding of HR operations, statutory compliance, and HR documentation.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to manage multi-vertical teams (R&D, IoT, Service, Production, Sales).
· Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and recruitment platforms.
· High level of integrity, empathy, and problem-solving ability.
