Rocket Deals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an HR fresher to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our finance process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, handling hiring documentation, and ensuring smooth onboarding in line with company recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels
- Screen and shortlist resumes according to job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening and candidate assessments
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates during the hiring process
- Manage offer letters, documentation, and joining formalities
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate records
- Support onboarding activities and ensure process compliance
- Assist in additional HR and hiring-related operational tasks
