Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the position.
- Support in coordinating and conducting interviews with candidates and providing feedback to the HR team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in MS Excel for easy reference and tracking.
- Assist in the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and processing new hire paperwork.
- Participate in HR meetings and discussions to gain insight into various HR functions and processes.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to contribute to the overall success of the HR department.
