Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Handle end-to-end recruitment.
- Screen the candidate based on the educational qualification, technical skills, communication skills, and experience in preliminary rounds.
- Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals). 4. Conduct interviews and assessments - Coordinate with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Create and manage relationships with colleges/universities for campus recruitment.
- Conducting Induction Coordinating with stakeholders for the technical round of the interview.
- Prioritize activities for the best interest of the team when working on joint projects.
- Openly share new ideas and information with other team members.
