Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Human Resources (HR) Executive. The HR Executive will manage HR operations, implement HR policies, foster positive employee relations, and ensure smooth execution of daily HR activities. The role requires effective communication with employees, collaboration with management on workforce needs, and ensuring best HR practices are upheld.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations to ensure efficient organizational processes
- Strong experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and maintaining compliance
- Excellent Employee Relations skills, fostering a supportive and engaging work environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in a real estate or property-related organization is a plus
