Job Title: HR Manager — People & Performance Systems

Location: On-site (Jaipur)

Experience: 2–5 Years (Agency experience preferred)

Salary: As per company standards

Role Overview

We are looking for a structured, performance-driven HR Manager to build strong hiring systems, enforce team discipline, and drive productivity.

This role goes beyond admin HR — it focuses on building a high-performance culture through systems, accountability, and people management.

Mission: Hire the right people, build scalable systems, and improve team performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Hiring

Manage end-to-end recruitment (JD → Screening → Interviews → Offer → Onboarding)

Create role-specific Job Descriptions

Screen candidates for skill, culture fit, and growth mindset

Coordinate with department heads for interviews

Maintain hiring pipeline & tracker

Build and nurture a talent pool

2. Onboarding & Employee Experience

Design and manage structured onboarding processes

Ensure smooth joining experience

Communicate policies, SOPs, and expectations clearly

Track probation performance

Collect and act on employee feedback

3. Performance & Productivity Management

Track KPIs across departments

Build performance tracking systems

Coordinate with team leads for reviews

Identify performance gaps and suggest improvements

Maintain structured reporting cycles

4. HR Systems & Process Building

Develop and maintain HR policies & SOPs

Manage employee records and documentation

Handle attendance, leave, and compliance

Improve processes using tools and automation

Ensure smooth internal communication

5. Culture & Team Discipline

Maintain a professional, growth-focused culture

Handle employee concerns and conflict resolution

Ensure accountability and discipline

Promote continuous learning and development

Support leadership in team stability

6. Exit & Retention Management

Conduct exit interviews

Analyze attrition and suggest improvements

Build retention strategies

Maintain positive alumni relationships

Skills Required

Strong recruitment & screening ability

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Ability to build structured HR systems

Proficiency in Google Sheets / HR tools

Understanding of KPI tracking & performance management

Basic knowledge of HR compliance
