Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic HR professional who will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, and client coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and prior experience in IT services or staffing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment through job portals, references, and other sourcing channels
- Handle HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements, including POSH
- Support payroll processing and ensure payroll compliance
- Conduct HR audits and maintain proper documentation
- Manage employee engagement initiatives and activities
- Handle state compliance and coordinate with relevant authorities when required
- Act as a point of contact for clients on HR-related matters
- Maintain and update HR MIS reports using MS Excel (including advanced functions)
Key Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and employee engagement
- Proficiency in MS Excel (including advanced Excel skills)
- Experience in HR audit, payroll, and statutory compliance (preferred)
- Prior experience in IT services or staffing companies (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
