Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic HR professional who will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, and client coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and prior experience in IT services or staffing environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment through job portals, references, and other sourcing channels
  • Handle HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements, including POSH
  • Support payroll processing and ensure payroll compliance
  • Conduct HR audits and maintain proper documentation
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives and activities
  • Handle state compliance and coordinate with relevant authorities when required
  • Act as a point of contact for clients on HR-related matters
  • Maintain and update HR MIS reports using MS Excel (including advanced functions)

Key Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and employee engagement
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (including advanced Excel skills)
  • Experience in HR audit, payroll, and statutory compliance (preferred)
  • Prior experience in IT services or staffing companies (preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
