Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Prepare offer letters, joining formalities, and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, concerns, and issues.
  • Address employee grievances and escalate unresolved issues to senior management.
  • Ensure a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Performance Management:
  • Assist in the performance review process, helping to set goals and expectations.
  • Support managers in providing constructive feedback and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Training & Development:
  • Coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Work with team leads to identify employee development needs and arrange necessary learning resources.
  • HR Documentation & Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, attendance, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and records as required.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Assist in managing payroll, benefits administration, and employee compensation.
  • Handle queries related to compensation, leaves, and employee benefits.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Organize employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to foster team spirit and company culture.
  • Implement employee recognition programs to enhance motivation and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRIS).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with payroll management and employee benefits administration.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and labor regulations.
  • Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
