Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team at Techsol Engineers. The role involves independently managing core HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and supporting organizational HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Managing employee records and HR documentation
Handling statutory compliance (PF, ESI, CLRA, etc.)
Supporting performance management & HR audits
Driving employee engagement and communication initiatives
Ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration (or related field)
23 years of experience as HR Executive / Senior HR Executive
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance (mandatory)
Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi
Ability to handle responsibilities independently
Immediate joiners preferred
