Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Talent Acquisition (30%)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across roles (from sourcing to onboarding).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job requirements.
- Draft and post job descriptions across portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.).
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate further evaluation rounds.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment dashboards on ATS.
- Drive proactive talent mapping and maintain an active database of potential candidates.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment drives.
- HR Operations, Documentation Systems (70%)
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Manage HRMS entries and ensure data accuracy for attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
- Handle onboarding and exit formalities, ensuring all documentation and compliance are completed.
- Prepare and issue HR letters (Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Relieving, etc.).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for attendance, leave management, and policy adherence.
- Support monthly payroll processing with attendance and variable data checks.
- Track probation, confirmation, and appraisal cycles; ensure timely communication and documentation.
- Assist in policy implementation, compliance, and audits.
- Work with the HR team to enhance employee experience and streamline HR processes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 35 years of proven experience in end-to-end HR operations and recruitment.
- Experience in a startup or fast-growing organization will be an advantage.
